Carolina Reaper Honey BBQ Sauce

I thought I’d go for a twofer today. Why? Because I’m super excited about these posts! I had them all in one cluster. Now, I’ve decided they needed their own attention because although both condiments they are both pretty stand out! So on my other post I touched on why the ranch was so great but this Carolina style honey barbecue sauce was the perfect dip when you wanted to have some spice I even roasted some chicken with it. I had forgot to mention it to everyone at home and their mouths were on fire. I think the 4 days of straight reaper consumption dulled my taste buds a little because I absolutely didn’t have the reactions this dramatic bunch did. I wont lie I chuckled a little but no malicious intend was behind it. Don’t forget to wear gloves! Try this out and let me know what you think! Serve it over Ribs, chicken wings, or use it as a dip for chicken strips or pork chops!

  4. I think the honey delayed the heat because once it settled after a hour it all came through but it was definitely tolerable.

  5. 3 reapers 🥳🤯
