Method
- In a small sauce pan add in apple cider powder and beer, along with mustard powder and celery seed. Add in bratwurst and cover with water if more liquid is needed
- Bring to a boil then simmer for 20 minutes gently
- Brown the bratwursts on all sides in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and cranberries to the same skillet and cook for 8-10 minutes until caramelized.
- Once everything is browned sprinkle lightly with salt
- Serve with kraut , rolls and mustard
