Baked Peanut Butter Oats & Whipped Banana Cream Cheese Frosting

Warm, soft baked peanut butter oats topped with cool, whipped banana cream cheese frosting.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1.5 cups oats
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Method
 

  1. Whisk peanut butter, water, and vanilla. Add oats, cinnamon, and sugar. Melt butter in baking pan, add oat mixture, and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. For frosting, combine cream cheese, banana, and powdered sugar and whisk smooth. Cool oats 20 minutes, frost, and serve.
