- In a pot, combine the rice, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, water, evaporate milk, whole milk.
- Bring the mixture to a boil for 3 minutes.
- Reduce heat to a simmer, cover, and stir every few minutes until the rice is cooked.
- Once the rice is cooked, stir in the vanilla extract and softened butter until fully incorporated.
- Serve warm or chilled with a dash of cinnamon powder.
