Frosted Lemon Poppy Oat Bark

Frosted lemon poppy oat bark is a crisp, bright and lightly sweet snack made with whole oats, fresh lemon and poppy seeds. The lemon is blended directly into the oat mixture for a bold citrus flavor, then finished with a thin lemon poppy glaze that sets into a delicate crust.

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F.
  2. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Add the oats, white sugar, brown sugar, sliced lemon, salt and poppy seeds to a food processor.
