Goat Cheese Deviled Eggs with Almonds & Honey

These deviled eggs elevate a classic appetizer with a sophisticated blend of creamy, tangy goat cheese filling and a delicate, sweet honey finish. Perfectly portioned and visually appealing, they are an ideal addition to any charcuterie board or a delightful stand-alone snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs halved
  • 6 egg yolks
  • 1/4 cup goat cheese
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 Tbsp stone ground mustard
  • 2 Tbsp almonds crushed and toasted
  • Honey for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Boil eggs: cover with cold water, bring to boil, cover, remove from heat, let sit 13 minutes. Cool and peel.
  2. Blend goat cheese, olive oil, salt, and mustard in a processor until smooth; add egg yolks and pulse.
  3. Fill egg halves with mixture.
  4. Top with almonds and drizzle honey.
