Method
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
- Once melted, spoon dollops of chocolate onto parchment paper or a baking mat and spread them into thin rounds.
- Immediately sprinkle the rounds with chopped pistachios and crushed peppermint.
- Allow the bark to harden for approximately one hour, or until it can be easily picked up.
