Hard Shell Pepper Pistachio White Chocolate Greek Yogurt Bowl

Cold and creamy Greek yogurt is decadently topped with a layer of tempered white chocolate. This creamy white chocolate hard shell is then finished with a sprinkle of crushed, crunchy peppermints and salty, earthy pistachios.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 c Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c White chocolate melted
  • 2 Tb Pistachios chopped
  • 3 Peppermint candies chopped

Method
 

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or in the microwave in 30-second intervals.
  2. Once melted, spoon dollops of chocolate onto parchment paper or a baking mat and spread them into thin rounds.
  3. Immediately sprinkle the rounds with chopped pistachios and crushed peppermint.
  4. Allow the bark to harden for approximately one hour, or until it can be easily picked up.
