Honey Miso Lemon Baby Broccoli

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Vegetable broth
  • 1 Tb Miso
  • 1 Tb Honey
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced
  • 8 oz Baby broccoli
  • 2 Tb Softened butter

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan, combine the vegetable broth, miso, honey, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  2. Bring the mixture to a boil, then whisk until smooth.
  3. Add the baby broccoli and toss to coat.
  4. Cover the saucepan and simmer for 3–5 minutes, or until the broccoli is tender.
  5. Stir in the softened butter, toss, and serve immediately.
