Kettle Fried Sweet & Spicy Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes meet their match — crisp edges, spicy caramelized seasoning, and just enough sweetness to keep you reaching for another handful.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 sweet potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 6 cups Oil for frying
  • 1 Tbsp seasoned salt
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Method
 

  1. Heat oil to 350°F.
  2. Fry sweet potato slices in batches until golden and crisp.
  3. Drain, then toss with salt, sugar, pepper, and cayenne.
  4. Serve hot.
