Pink Lemonade Cream Cheese

Sweet and sour pink lemonade powder folded in the cream cheese smeared onto a toasted bagel topped with juicy strawberries

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 tbsp pink lemonade powder
  • 1 large strawberry
  • Bagels

Method
 

  1. Combine the strawberry with the pink lemonade powder and mash with a fork.
  2. Combine the softened cream cheese with the strawberry and pink lemonade powder mixture.
  3. Add more pink lemonade powder if you prefer it sweeter.
  4. Toast a bagel and spread with the pink lemonade cream cheese.
