- Using a potato peeler, create thin ribbons from the carrots.
- In a bowl, lightly toss the carrot ribbons with the walnut vinaigrette.
- Arrange the dressed carrot ribbons around the interior of a serving bowl.
- Top with the chopped walnuts, grated Parmesan, and torn basil leaves.
- Drizzle with additional walnut vinaigrette, if desired.
