Spicy Smoked Brisket Bowl

A comforting smoked-brisket bowl layered with citrusy cilantro rice, tender chopped brisket, and fresh heat from jalapeño and onion.

Ingredients
  

  • White Rice cooked – 1 cup
  • Brisket chopped – 1 cup
  • Jalapeño chopped – 1 each
  • White Onion sliced – 1 small
  • Cilantro minced – 1 oz
  • Lime – 1 each
  • Butter – 1 Tb

Method
 

  1. Combine the cooked rice with minced cilantro, lime juice, and butter, then fluff.
  2. Place the prepared rice into a bowl.
  3. Top the rice with the chopped brisket.
  4. Add the sliced jalapeño and onions.
  5. Garnish with additional cilantro and the remaining lime.
