- Heat a sauce pan over medium high heat. Add in onions and brown for 3 minutes.
- Slice okra and toss it in with salt and vinegar. Let it sit for 15 minutes then run it under cold water for about a minute.
- Add the okra to the pan along with the minced garlic. Then add tomatoes and crushed red peppers. Simmer for 20 minutes. Season with the salt and pepper.
