TOASTED WALNUT VINAIGRETTE

A nutty, tangy vinaigrette with toasted walnuts, red wine vinegar, and mustard .erfectly balanced and full of texture.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup walnuts toasted
  • 1 tbsp stone-ground mustard
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Dry sauté walnuts in a pan until fragrant.
  2. Mash the toasted walnuts with salt using a wooden spatula.
  3. In a bowl, combine the walnut mash, mustard, Parmesan cheese, crushed red pepper flakes, and red wine vinegar.
  4. Whisk in the olive oil until well combined.
  5. Season to taste
