INSTRUCTIONS
- Make the sauce: Add olive oil, bay leaf, oregano, basil, garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes to a cold pan.
- Once the olive oil is aromatic, add white wine and bring to a boil.
- Add tomato paste, crushed tomato, sugar, salt, and black pepper.
- Reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add shrimp and cook for 4 minutes.
- Add mussels and remove from heat.
