I love wings and sometimes I need to remind myself not be a repetitive eater. Not to say you shouldn’t enjoy what you enjoy but repetition is boring and easy. Easy comes in handy more often than not but to live day by day? I’ve actually had to check the way I think about food and prepare it.
I can honestly say that some years back I’d only eat hot wings or Parmesan anything else just wasn’t in my grasp thinking wise.
I don’t why this is, because I’m a food lover so you’d think I’d be super adventurous. But now thinking about I NEVER experimented with wings. As u can see from previous posts this is my chicken wing year.
Seriously , chicken wings are amazing they are small they can handle a seasoning and everyone seems to wag their tails for chicken wings. You can’t go wrong! Although, a bad chicken wing to me is either flabby or salty. I love these because they bring in a bunch of heat and a lot of crust. The hot butter just wraps it all in to one. - 4lb Chicken Wings, Segmented
- 4 Tb butter, melted
- 3/4c hot sauce
- CREOLE SEASONING
- 2Tb Garlic Powder
- 1Tb Oregano
- 2Tb Smoked Paprika
- 2Tb Thyme, dried
- 1Tb Cayenne Pepper
- 1Tb Red Pepper Flakes
- 1Tb Black Pepper
- 1Tb White Pepper
- 1/2 tsp ginger, dried
- 1 Tb Turbinado sugar
- 1/2tsp Celery Seed
- To make creole seasoning combine all ingredients.
- Sprinkle chicken with salt. Then coat chicken generously with creole seasoning.
- Air Fry in two batches at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Tossing occasionally.
- Melt butter with hot sauce and coat chicken wings.
- Enjoy with your favorite dip!
