Hickory Smoked Jalapeno Brown Sugar Ham

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 spiral-sliced ham
  • 3 Fresh jalapeño peppers , seeded and sliced
  • 2c Apple juice
  • 4Tb Butter
  • 1/2c Brown sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine chopped jalapeño peppers, apple juice, and brown sugar
  • Prepare the smoker
  • Place the ham into a aluminium tray
  • Pour the glaze over the ham and place into the preheated 225F smoker
  • Smoke for four hours glazing and basting every hour.
