Featured Standouts

Mixed Berries

The star of the show, a medley of berries provides a burst of tart, juicy, and slightly sweet notes. This vibrant combination offers a refreshing counterpoint to the richness of the oats.

Oats

Providing the foundation for the crisp topping, oats lend a hearty and nutty flavor profile. When baked, they transform into a wonderfully crisp texture, adding a satisfying crunch to every bite.

Honey

Acting as a natural binder and sweetening agent, honey infuses the dish with a delicate floral sweetness. It helps to bring all the ingredients together, creating a cohesive and flavorful topping.

Almonds

For an extra layer of texture and flavor, almonds are incorporated into the crisp. Their inherent crunchiness and toasty notes complement the other ingredients, elevating the overall sensory experience.

TIPS & TRICKS FOR THE MIXED BERRY OAT DUMP COBBLER

Frozen Berries, No Thawing Necessary

For ultimate convenience and to maintain the berries’ shape, use them straight from the freezer. There’s no need to thaw them beforehand; they’ll cook down beautifully in the oven.

Warm Spices for Added Depth

To enhance the comforting aromas and flavors of your crisp, add a pinch of cinnamon. You can also use cardamom in the oat mixture. These warm spices beautifully complement the sweetness of the berries and honey.

Enjoy this cobbler anytime of day

For a wholesome and delicious breakfast, serve the warm crisp with a dollop of creamy Greek yogurt. The tanginess of the yogurt perfectly balances the sweetness of the berries and oats.

Transform this crisp into a decadent dessert by pairing it with a scoop of your favorite ice cream. The contrast between the warm fruit and cold, melting ice cream is simply divine.
