Carolina Reaper Ranch Dressing

Getting other to try California reapers is like pulling teeth. Its reputation tends to precede itself and requires others to be approached delicately. Everyone I approached to try the pepper as is had pretty solid reasoning that I truly couldn’t make a argument for. The responses I got about this pepper were amazing you’d think I challenge everyone to a pepper eating contest. I Tried the pepper straight up because I try everything I cook with and I wouldn’t offer food I wouldn’t eat myself unless its a egg dish. Other than its quiet intimidating name reapers are actually crazy hot. Now im not here to paint California reapers as this soft, misunderstood pepper because its absolutely not but some people will hear none of it! Everyone acts as though the reaper cant be tamed when It absolutely can just because you make a dish with it doesn’t mean you have 20 reapers in there. Just like everything else there is give and take along with balance. Honestly, this is the best ranch I’ve ever tasted, I ate it for days after (especially being the only one willing to give it a try). I’ve been harvesting seeds just to plant so I can have this ranch year round. Try it out and let me know what you think! Serve it with Fried Shrimp, Parmesan Chicken Bites, Use it as a spread for Burgers or dunk it for Pizza and Wings!

  1. I LOVED that u understood the dairy which most didn’t. Still spicy. Honestly not too spicy. But it helps!

  2. I love hot spicy food but it unfortunately disagrees with my stomach. All the dairy in this should do wonders in helping make this go down easier!

Chili peppers? I think they’re hot but with flavor too.

  4. See I can’t find that nice middle ground. I can only find habaneros year round or the huge leap to reapers occasionally.

😬 reapers are actually too hot lol!! I actually like ghost peppers… they’re fiery hot but have flavor!
