WHAT’S GOING ON HERE:

Banana: Bananas are a great way to add a creamy texture to your smoothie along with plenty of  fiber and potassium. Use the bananas at their ripest makes for sweet and creamy smoothies.

Coconut Cream: Coconut cream is blended coconut pulp and water. It’s  unsweetened so it can take on a ton of flavor. Check the can to make sure its pure coconut and not filled with a ton of sodium.

Vanilla Extract: Vanilla extract enhances the creaminess of the coconut and banana. I little splash goes a long way,

Agave; Agave is my sweetener of choice. Use any sweetener you have on hand. Depending on how sweet your bananas are adjust the sweetness according to personal taste.

Pea Protein: Pea protein is a plant based protein powder. Each scoop has around 20grams of protein per serving. Adding protein powder is next to impossible to shake into an already blended smoothie. Blending it in the beginning is the best way to fully incorporate it into the shake.

Flax Seeds: Flax seeds add a bump of fiber. They also add a slight nuttiness to the smoothie. Blended correctly you’ll never know they are even there.
