Featured Standouts

Roasted Grapes

Slow roasting transforms fresh grapes into soft, jammy bites with a naturally concentrated flavor reminiscent of cinnamon raisins. As moisture evaporates, the grapes develop a deeper sweetness and richer fruit flavor while releasing a thick syrup that blends beautifully into the whipped butter.

Butter

Whipping the butter incorporates air, creating a light, fluffy texture that is easy to spread while still feeling rich and indulgent. Its creamy flavor carries the roasted grapes and warm spices, making every bite taste like a slice of cinnamon raisin toast fresh from the oven.

Cinnamon

Ground cinnamon delivers the signature warmth that ties the recipe together. It enhances the roasted grapes by giving them the familiar bakery flavor associated with cinnamon raisin bread without overpowering the fruit’s natural sweetness.

Vanilla

Vanilla rounds out the roasted fruit with soft, buttery notes that make the spread taste homemade and comforting. It enhances both the cinnamon and grapes while adding a subtle aroma that makes the butter smell just as inviting as it tastes.

TIPS & TRICKS FOR THE BEST CINNAMON RAISIN ROASTED GRAPE WHIPPED BUTTER

Roast Low and Slow

Allow the grapes to wrinkle, burst, and reduce by about half so they develop a rich, raisin like flavor.

Cool Completely

The roasted grapes should be fully cooled before adding them to the butter so the mixture stays light and fluffy.

Increase Sugar

Because roasting the grapes naturally concentrates their sweetness, this recipe requires no added sugar. If you prefer a sweeter butter, simply mix in brown sugar, white sugar, or an alternative sweetener while whipping the butter for easy blending; start with one tablespoon for a subtle adjustment.

Keep the Roasting Juices

Fold the thick roasted grape syrup from the baking sheet into the butter for even more cinnamon raisin flavor. The grapes will even form

Serve Slightly Softened

Let the butter sit at room temperature for a few minutes before serving for the easiest spreading.
